When it rains, it sure does pour…
Why does it seem that when you have something that needs to be accomplished in a certain time period (e.g. BorCon 2004 abstracts), that suddenly, you are everyone’s best friend? Friends and family members need help with their computers. Other friends need help building their new homes. Deadline pressures increase at work. And on it goes.
But I’m not complaining. It’s always nice to feel needed. Just not all at once 😉
Needless to say, I’ve been extremely busy this past month or so, and it seems to be finally settling down a bit, giving me an opportunity to be able to blog a little more frequently. I did manage to submitting a total of eight abstracts for BorCon 2004. Seven were Regular Sessions and one was a pre-conference tutorial. If my papers are accepted, then I’ll be busy again, writing the papers. I’ll keep you posted with the results.
